Okay, does anyone else hear the Twilight Zone theme right now? Or maybe the theme from Starsky & Hutch?

Maybe it's just me, but there have been some weird fangirl coincidences for me in the last last 24 hours or so, so much so that I had to share them...

So, after posting this vid of David Soul and Bobby Sherman singing early yesterday, what do I stumble upon while flicking channels last night? An episode of The Young Riders with David Soul guest starring as the villain. And, just seconds ago, my hubby starts heading up the stairs and he's singing "Don't Give Up on us Baby"! I asked him rather excitedly why on earth he was singing it and, along with the odd look he shot me, he answered that he was just switching channels and it was playing during the Owen Wilson Starsky & Hutch remake, which I refuse to have never seen. Too weird. I haven't seen David Soul on TV in years and, if not the for V-Day project in which I forgot to include him, I haven't thought of him in ages.

I dunno, I just thought that was very, very odd. But in a pleasantly cool kinda way too ;)

You may now return to your regularly scheduled Monday evening activities.

Here Come the Brides!! Arrgghh!! It took me this long to remember the stupid name of the show!!!! AARRRGGGHHH!!

In unrelated - not really - news... The S&H movie is watchable for two things: 1. Ben Stiller does a freaking amazing parody of PMG - in a loving way and 2. PMG and DS have a CAMEO! Which is worth the price of admission.... Seriously - find it on the net or rent it - and at least fast forward to their bit... Owen Wilson pretty much sucks in it - but Ben Stiller really is good - not saying the movie is mind you....

Dean Impala

I'll probably watch it one of these days but I remember really hating the idea that the movie was a parody and I also really dislike Owen Wilson - don't like watching him on screen. You have my curiosity piqued though so maybe one day ;)
